Christian & Lauren Delgado
Puerto Rico native, Pastor Christian Delgado, moved to the Tampa Bay area with his mother when he was three years old and has lived there ever since. From a young age, Christian always sensed a tug to share the Gospel, whether sharing a bible story with kids or investing in youth & young adults. After graduating high school, Christian attended Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, to focus on his BA in Music Education and Ministerial Leadership. In 2010, Christian answered the call to full-time ministry and has not looked back since.
Texas-born and Miami-raised Lauren Delgado is part of a long lineage of ministers. She has served faithfully in ministry since birth. After graduating high school, Lauren attended Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida. She then continued her love for education and received her Bachelor of Education from The University of South Florida (USF).
In 2010, Lauren & Christian met at a young adult ministry in Tampa, Florida. They later married in June 2012. They have served in full-time ministry together since shortly after they met.
Having served in various roles at two influential churches in the Tampa Bay Area, Lauren, and Christian have contributed to and led in the success of Children Ministries, internship programs, state-licensed Christian preschool programs, multi-site ministry experiences, and local outreach programs.
In 2016, Lauren & Christian grew their family with the birth of their daughter Makayla Grace. Shortly after came Micah Everett, their first son. In 2022, their second son Mateo Asher was born. The Delgado's enjoy doing ministry as a family of five. They are excited about what the future holds.
In the Spring of 2022, the conviction and vision to restore communities one person at a time was born. The Delgado family along with a few other families, are preparing to plant Restoration Church in the Tampa Bay Area.
